Full AV & Event Production
On Wednesday 8th October 2025, the Lang Lang International Music Foundation UK hosted Music Heals — an exclusive gala concert-dinner at Sheraton Grand London Park Lane.
The evening combined a Champagne reception, dinner and live performance. Guests enjoyed performances by Lang Lang, Jools Holland, and rising pianists from the Foundation’s Young Scholars Programme. All proceeds supported the Foundation’s work across the UK, expanding access to music education for young people.
The Brief
The production required a balance of precision and restraint. The event needed to feel refined, effortless and beautifully paced. It also had to deliver flawless audio-visual performance across live music, speeches and programme transitions.

Our Approach
MaxMarcus delivered full technical production for the evening, covering sound, video and lighting. We also provided show calling and recording.
Audio was designed for clarity and warmth, ensuring speeches landed cleanly. Performances translated naturally throughout the space. Video supported the structure of the programme, while lighting enhanced the atmosphere without overpowering it. The result was elegant, considered and camera-friendly.
We also provided a dedicated Voice of God, creating a smooth flow across guest arrivals, announcements and key programme moments.
Delivery & Atmosphere
From the reception through to the final performance, the evening moved with calm momentum. Show calling kept transitions seamless. Cues landed cleanly and the pace never felt rushed.
Throughout the night, the production supported both intimacy and scale. Performances felt personal, while the room stayed engaged and connected.
Recording formed part of the delivery, preserving key moments from the programme with broadcast-level care.
