Corporate AV – Dawn To Dusk

Corporate AV production and evening event transition for a full-day client experience at Treehouse London

The Brief

Corporate events rarely stand still. At Treehouse London, a single brief needed to span two distinct environments — a structured daytime presentation in Madera restaurant, followed by a more relaxed evening gathering in The Nest rooftop bar.

The client required a corporate AV solution that could evolve throughout the day — without disruption, visible changeovers, or compromise at any stage. Each space needed to feel considered and cohesive, even as the format shifted from formal stage presentation to informal networking.

Our Approach

In Madera, we delivered a clean corporate stage setup designed for clarity and focus. Staging, screens and sound were carefully positioned to support keynote presentations and strategic updates, ensuring crisp visuals and balanced speech reinforcement throughout the room.

As the day progressed, the production extended into The Nest. Here, the atmosphere softened. Display screens transitioned from presentation content to brand visuals. Audio was rebalanced for background music and conversation. Lighting adjusted subtly, guiding the shift from structured conference to relaxed rooftop networking.

Everything was pre-planned. Equipment was specified to support both environments seamlessly, allowing the event to move naturally between spaces without technical friction.

Delivery

Installation took place ahead of the working day, ensuring Madera was presentation-ready from the first arrival. Throughout the schedule, our team managed transitions quietly and efficiently — maintaining continuity while adapting the production behind the scenes.

There were no hard resets. No visible disruption. Guests experienced a single, continuous flow across two spaces, while the technical delivery evolved around them.

Timing was key. So was restraint. The production supported the content and environment without drawing attention to itself.

The Result

By evening, The Nest carried a different energy — more relaxed, more social — yet still cohesive with the tone set earlier in the day. What began as a structured corporate stage presentation transitioned into an elevated networking environment overlooking London.

This dawn-to-dusk approach allowed the client to maximise their use of Treehouse London while maintaining consistency across formats and spaces.

For MaxMarcus, it reinforced the value of adaptable systems, careful planning, and technical delivery that works quietly in the background.
