Sound & Audio
Clear, well-balanced sound is important throughout the day, particularly for ceremonies, speeches and live entertainment.
We provide professional sound systems, wireless microphones and playback equipment, specified around the room, guest numbers and venue. Where bands, musicians or performers are involved, we can also manage their wider audio requirements as part of the production.
Wedding Lighting
Lighting is planned around the architecture and atmosphere of the venue.
Architectural uplighting can be used to highlight key features of the room, while table pin spots, festoon lighting and decorative lighting can be introduced where appropriate. As the day moves into the evening, dancefloor and entertainment lighting can be added without overwhelming the space.
Outdoor-rated lighting is also available for gardens, terraces and external areas.
Dancefloors, DJ Booths & Evening Production
The evening setup can bring together the dancefloor, DJ booth, sound and lighting as one coordinated installation.
We provide a range of dancefloor finishes alongside custom DJ booths and professional DJ setups, with each element selected and positioned around the room. Where required, our Wedding DJs can be incorporated into the same production, keeping the music and technical delivery managed through one team.
Staging & Visual Display
Staging, screens and presentation equipment can be incorporated where required for speeches, performances, films and other content.
We provide staging and risers in different sizes and heights, alongside TV screens, projection and playback equipment. Each element is positioned to work comfortably within the room without becoming the focus of the space.
Ceremony, Speeches & Daytime Production
Production can begin well before the evening reception.
Where required, we can provide ceremony audio, music playback and microphones, followed by sound support for speeches and dining. This allows the technical setup to remain consistent throughout the day while adapting to each part of the schedule.
Planning & Technical Delivery
Where required, we work with the venue in advance to confirm access, installation times, power, equipment positions and any site-specific requirements.
Our team manages delivery, installation and technical operation where needed, followed by breakdown and collection once the event has finished. For more involved productions, on-site technicians can remain throughout the event to manage the technical elements as the day progresses.
Working With Your Venue
Wedding venues range from central London hotels and contemporary event spaces to country houses, manor hotels and heritage properties.
We plan each installation around the venue itself, taking access, architecture, existing infrastructure and event timings into account. The aim is to integrate the production cleanly into the space while ensuring everything is ready when required.
Wedding DJs
If you’re looking for the music as well as the production, our Wedding DJ Hire service can be planned alongside the wider setup.
Our DJs work with couples in advance to understand their musical preferences and the direction of the day, while the production team manages the sound, lighting and evening setup around them.
